Thus, Amaro Ellis also presents different facets: the bittering base guaranteed by strictly Piedmontese botanicals including gentian, rhubarb, cinchona and absinthe is embraced by sweet notes of honey and cocoa, toasted chestnut and balsamic notes given by thyme and marjoram.
